Due to internal movements, the opportunity for a Software TestingManager to join an established team has arisen.


As a
Software Test Manager, you will be tasked to formulate and regularly review software testing strategies, whilst working in collaboration with the Head of Development and Head of Delivery.

Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and monitor product testing against agreed goals and objectives, working in close collaboration with the Head of Development and Head of Delivery.
  • Formulate and regularly review software testing strategies.
  • Supervise testing team activities across all products and projects to ensure high quality and timely software testing.
  • Carry out tasks as defined in the Software Test Engineer job profile.
  • Participate in regular training/ learning activities to maintain and develop skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to all Stark policies, procedures and working practices.
  • Ensure the health and safety of yourself and others who may be affected by what you do; use work equipment provided safely and cooperate with managers to provide safe systems of work.

  • Articulate, professional and clear verbal communication skills.
  • Proactively share knowledge, skills and experience with others to increase team performance.
  • Comfortable with making decisions and problemsolving under pressure.
  • Software Test Managerwill deliver a high volume of quality work on time.
  • Good listener; can understand the needs of customers and colleagues

Technical Skills:


  • Software Test Manager will applyprevious testing experience.
  • Keep up to date with advances in business area, new methods and ways of working.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Confident and accurate use of departmental computer systems/databases.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
