Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to deliver innovative and userfriendly solutions.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to the engineering team.
Drive technical excellence and ensure the delivery of highquality code.
Promote best practices, code reviews, and continuous improvement within the team.
Collaborate with other teams to integrate services and components into our platform.
Manage and optimise AWS infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Requirements:

5+ years of software development experience with a focus on React and React Native.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams.
Strong proficiency in Typescript or a similar language.
Extensive knowledge of AWS and cloudbased solutions.
Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment.
Commitment to delivering highquality, wellcrafted software.

Additional info

This position is remote, but occasional travel to our London office may be required.
