The Job:


To work within our Warehouse Operations team providing administrative support across the department with a consistent focus on supporting service delivery to promote the best patient outcome.


Reporting to the Inventory Manager, you will be part of a team who are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of medical and surgical equipment used on and in patients in the operating theatre environment.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Perform cycle counts within agreed timetable.
  • Support with external consignment stock counts.
  • Support the Operations team with warehouse Optimisation programmes.
  • Produce metrics in conjunction Inventory/ Operations Manager.
  • Work with the European Team in a Quality capacity to process product complaints/returns.
  • Support the warehouse function with processing of repairs /returns.
  • Produce metrics in line with operational requirements:
  • Cycle count accuracy by volume and value for all plants
  • Product complaint/recall status
  • SAP Metrics
  • Daily productivity reporting

General requirements:


  • 1+ years of previous experience working as an Operations Administrator or in a similar position
  • Strong organisation skills with ability to effectively prioritise workload
  • Working knowledge of business quality systems and controls; product and process literate
  • A selfstarter with good problemsolving skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Flexible approach to working and a team player, living the Arthrex values
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Working Arrangements:

40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, flexibility required


Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary based on level of experience.

25 days annual leave plus 8 Bank Holidays, Contributory Pension scheme, Medical cash back plan, Group income protection and Life Assurance.
