Description
Pharmaceutical Manufacturer and Developer requires an experienced Head of Quality.


About the role:

To lead and manage all aspects of the Quality function on site. Key accountability for the Quality Management System and the team's performance. Driving the quality strategy, team development and quality compliance throughout the site by improving systemsand people's compliance with them.


Skills and Experience:


  • Extensive experience within a senior Quality role
  • Previous experience in managing both QA and QC functions or operating at a senior level in larger organisation functions.
  • Experience from an API or nutraceutical background preferred.
  • Science background to degree level
  • High Leadership Skills
  • Excellent coaching skills
  • Positive cando attitude
  • The energy to drive and improve the whole business performance
