On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Performance & Improvement Manager to join them on an initial 6-month contract.

As the Performance & Improvement Manager, you will support the Facilities Management Real Estate overall organization shaping thedevelopment of the organization and facilitating critical decisions.

Responsibilities

  • P&I organization setup a FMRE project tracker to monitor all project gates handled inside our organization (4 countries/3 divisions).
  • Each project leader has the duty to upload all required data in the project tracker and update on a regular basis.
  • Support to secure delivery of Key Milestones, anticipate deviations and establish actions to correct them within FMRE.
  • Design and implement standard practices allowing appropriate projects monitoring.
  • Support to conduct Steerco Reviews and project reviews in a structured and standardized manner.
  • Advisor Support FMRE (overall, country and function level) in shaping the development of the org. and business critical decisions.
  • Support the development of operations and implementation of project/initiatives, enabling organization to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Controller / Analyst Monitor execution, measure performance, identify corrective actions, ensuring quality and compliance with corporation and local standards.
  • Continuous improver Drive processes through innovation excellence and best practice sharing, seeking for improvement of organizational performance.
