Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with an online retail company, with the appointment of a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

This well-established and market-leading business offers an approachable and honest service, going above and beyond for their customers. With this in mind, they are seeking a confident and customer-focused individual who will reflect their core values.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound customer queries and complaints.
  • Processing orders and returns in a timely manner.
  • Keeping customers updated on the journey of their order.
  • Providing product information to customers and advising.

About you:

  • 1year minimum experience working in an office environment.
  • Fantastic customer service and complaint handling skills.

Benefits:


  • Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9

Salary is £24,000, with a potential OTE £26,400 (if individual and business targets are met).
