As a key member of Soldo's Customer Success team, you will lead the implementation of Soldo's product and service offerings for customers throughout the region.
You maintain top-notch expertise in Soldo's implementation methodology and strive to accelerate the time to first value for Soldo's customers by driving successful adoption in the most efficient ways possible.
You will be technically oriented, have expert project management expertise, and have a strong passion for FinTech and its ability to drive valuable business outcomes.
We're looking for someone who must have:
- 2+ years proven experience in B2B project implementation in IT, SaaS or consulting-related functions
- Expertlevel project management skills and an ability to work with multiple customers at a time to deliver projects on time, within scope and on budget
- Demonstrated ability to identify and translate business requirements into solutions that meet a customer's goals and objectives
- Ability to communicate with seniorlevel stakeholders both internally and externally, including VP and Clevel, in writing and verbally both by phone and in person
- Ability to work independently and remotely as part of a collaborative team
- Multilingual and / or a Certified Project Management Professional designation would be advantageous
