As part of our expansion efforts, we are seeking motivated Telemarketing Executive's to join our team and help our field sales representatives secure valuable appointments.

As a Telemarketing Executive at Cleartech Communications, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by identifying and qualifying potential clients, and scheduling appointments for our field sales representatives.

You will be responsible for making outbound calls to leads, engaging them in meaningful conversations, and convincing them of the value of our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest and schedule appointments for field sales representatives.
Qualify leads and gather essential information to ensure our sales team's time is optimally utilized.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective followup and maximize conversion rates.
Meet or exceed monthly appointment booking targets.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or inside sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and persistent, with the ability to handle objections effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Selfmotivated, resultsdriven, and able to work independently.
A positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.

£21,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
