Any bookkeeper would be lucky to work for these two Directors who will treat you as family and view this role as the beating heart of the business

The vacancy has become available due to the current bookkeeper relocating in spring 2023 however the business is recruiting now to ensure at least an 8-week handover.

This will mean you're confident and happy with all procedures and policies before you take over and have sole autonomy.

This role will have a close relationship with the external accountants; the business has been using them for at least 15 years and they know the finance function inside out

You will liaise with them at period ends - it will be your responsibility to manage the bookkeeping up to Trial Balance and then they will take over from there and finalise the management accounts.

It's the ideal opportunity for an experienced bookkeeper who wants a long-term role within a stable company - in fact, the Directors told me it would suit someone who wants this role to be their last

The company is located just 5 minutes on the tram from central Manchester with offices close to Manchester City's Etihad Stadium with free & secure on-site parking.
