Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for a highly skilled Helpdesk Operative to work along side our client at a facilities management company.

You will play a crucial role in the recording, allocation, and progression of reactive engineering requests on the contract.

Shift will be 4 days on/4off rotation 19:00 - 07:00 (NIGHTS SHIFT)

This will be 2 days in the office and the other 2 days from home.

£13ph

Weekly Pay (Fridays)

Temp - Perm

Work is located in the Stratford area (E15)


About the job

  • You will be the first point of contact for any incoming telephone calls
  • Dispatch work to both direct labour and contractors in a timely fashion based on the correct skills sets, geographical location and service delivery arrangements
  • Escalate any complaints or issues as required
  • Analysis of job history/running reports to avoid duplication
  • Dealing with Engineers that are out on jobs
  • Making sure the Engineers know where to go/what to do
  • Manage the completion process and ensure all closures are sent to the client
  • Demonstrate rapid response to customer issues and show a systematic approach to problem solving
  • Adhere to all SLAs/KPIs set against your role including call answering times, quality assurance

About you
-
Must be an experienced Help Desk Operative - ideally within FM or similar

  • Willing to work night shifts
  • Able to give advice with sympathy and patience
  • Able to navigate a computer to an efficient standard
  • Have good problem solving qualities
  • Be able to analyse data and make decisions based off that data
  • Consistently provide the correct information to avoid confusion
  • Have a good understanding of how to properly communicate. (communication skills)
