A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Logistics Administrator to join the team, to enable Westmond Logistics to continue to grow its Sea, Air, Road freight and customs departments.
The role will provide the Supply Chain and Logistics teams with administrative support including:- Assist with all enquiries & bookings including creation of quotes/operations documents etc
- Other duties will include invoicing customers, filing, data entry and reporting.
Ideal Experiences / Qualifications / Capabilities:
Essential:
- Excellent knowledge on Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Flexibility
- Willingness to work on own initiative
- High standard of accuracy and organisation plus attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and problemsolve

Employment Type:
Full-time
Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday and Friday 9-5. Weekend work may be required.
