Tectum is a growing building contractor business that has been operating in London and the home counties for over 20 years with a wealth of experience and a diverse team of tradesman and electricians.

We look after a number of large property portfolios for our clients as well as undertaking large-scale projects within our development division.

Tectum Limited are looking for an experienced Builder to join our growing team of tradesmen to work across our Portfolio in London and surrounding areas.

Requirements:

Fully competent builder in domestic properties and able to demonstrate past work and experience
Proficient in both written and verbal English
A valid UK driving licence
Punctuality, Reliability
It is preferred you have your own hand/power tools
Able to fill out forms and digital paperwork as required
Experienced and comfortable driving in and around London
Comfortable working in different areas of London throughout the day

Duties

To carry out building works across our portfolio of properties, ranging from reactive maintenance works through to larger scale projects.

As part of the role, there may be the requirement to carry out other general trades/repair tasks as the business needs.

For the right person there will be a competitive wage, the use of a company vehicle, company uniform, access to trade accounts and the opportunity to attend courses to update your skills.

Salary:
£32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
