We are looking for a motivated, results-oriented
Accounts & Admin Assistant to join a team of energetic individuals who thrive on challenges and enjoy bringing out the best in one another.
Reporting to the Finance Director and working closely with the rest of the team members, the person holding this role will be responsible for various accounting, logístical and administrative duties.
Duties:
Update and maintain financial records using Sage 50 cloud professional
Assisting with the production of monthly management accounts
Create and process invoices using an automated system
File invoices
Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
Schedule payments via Direct Debit
Updating and maintaining CRM systems with all client details
Any other administration support as and when necessary
Requirements:
Previous experience providing administration support to a finance team would be beneficial
Highly IT literate - Experience with CRMs and Sage would be essential
Knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
To be a self-motivated person, who is capable of working on own initiative but also enjoys working as part of a team
Demonstrable experience of delivering excellent customer service.

Salary:
£25,000 per annum
