Chapman Tate Associates seeks an IT Support Engineer to join this leading IT Managed Services provider.

They have a reputation for delivering innovative, cutting edge solutions for business from SME to Enterprise, on time, on budget, every time.

They arecurrently experiencing unprecedented growth and offer a collaborative working environment.

The role will include providing support to a range of customers SME and Enterprise based throughout the Lancashire region.


The role will include the following areas:
Supporting the Technical team with client hardware set up

Handling and triaging calls when Helpdesk Supervisor is absent

Day to day customer support on basic level issues

Trouble shooting/wiping client's hardware

Receiving, sorting, packaging and posting clients hardware

Admin support with customer projects

Organising hardware and equipment in the office, and assisting with organising kit for site visits

Other areas of the role will include:

  • Daily system checks and responding to system alerts.
  • Management of the Service Desk tools.
  • Assisting with Service Reports.
  • Working with the A/C Managers on service improvement plans & service development.
  • Working closely with Meridian IT Operation and Technical Consultants.
  • Monthly Service Reporting.
