The service currently provides an Adult Eating Disorders Community Service to the population of West Yorkshire and an Inpatient Service at a National level.

We are looking to recruit a talented, hardworking full time secretary into our friendly award winning team. We provide essential support to the service; facilitating referrals, appointments, discharges and all other general administrative duties.

We are currently working on a hybrid work pattern at the moment so working from the office is currently 2-3 times per week but with the understanding that this may be more if we are required on site to support the clinical team/service users

The post holder will engage in frequent telephone contact with other departments within LYPFT.

They will also regularly liaise with our partner care providers, service users, carers, GP's and other health care professionals via the telephone and on video calls; ensuring that a professional, efficient service is maintained at all times.

The post holder will have excellent word processing and data recording skills and the ability to audio and copy type is desirable.

There is a requirement that the post holder will utilise the Trust's electronic typing system to provide secretarial support to the wider administration teams when required full training will be provided.
