Role:
Remote Customer Service Assistant for an online machinery retailer.
Location:
Norwich, Norfolk. Working remotely from home, but must be able to commute to Norwich.
Job Type:
Full Time, Permanent.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. 8.30 to Monday to Friday.
Yearly salary:
£20,000 - £25,000. Salary negotiable based on experience.
Overtime:
May be available.
Equipment:
Laptop, monitors and accessories provided.
About Us:
Zaros Machinery is a growing online retailer which specialises in towed groundcare machinery for use with ATVs, quad bikes, ride-on mowers and compact tractors.
About The Job:
The job role will include:
- Following up leads and enquiries
- Ensuring the customer is buying the correct equipment for the job
- Liaising with suppliers to answer customers technical questions
- Relaying lead times and order updates
- Processing orders
Essential Requirements:
- Online Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence in listening to and resolving customer problems
- Fluent and competent with computers
- Basic but accurate mathematical ability and written English ability
- Ability to work independently
- Problem solving and logical thinking skills
- Mechanically minded
Useful, but not essential requirements:
- Experience with Xero accounting software
- Familiar with machinery and agricultural equipment
- Administrative experience
