Services Order Management Specialist
London, St Ives, or Wisborough Green

Managing end-to-end process of processing quotations and orders, managing stock availability, coordinating delivery and logistics with both internal and external agencies, and providing administrative support to the team leader.

Previous experience in purchasing, and services order management, ability to work well under pressure, excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with both internal and external stakeholders, highly organized, exceptional attention to detail, andpossess strong administrative skills


Responsibilities:


  • Manage ongoing stock availability
  • Coordinate delivery and logistics
  • Maintain ETAs
  • Update and maintain internal and customerfacing reports
  • Liaise with international shipping partners for shipments outside of the UK
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer service levels are met

Qualification:
A-level degree or equivalent

Skill:
Proficiency in MS Office packages
