We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our Christian Organisation based in Solihull. You will be supporting the Administration Manager and team to assist with events, finance and all administrative duties.You will also be required to assistwith the digital communications team, helping them with all marketing channels such as website and social media.
We are looking for someone who has the same belief, ethos and values to match our culture. We are a friendly bunch and offer support and guidenceto our employeesOffice based - location Solihull - must be based in the UK
Responsibilities
- Supporting Admin Manager and Team
- Planning and scheduling
- Events
- All general administrative duties
- Support HR
- Supporting communication/ marketing team
- Support with finance / such as expenses and purchases
Qualifications / Skillset
- Experience in a similar administration role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Social Media
- Team player
- Excellent IT skills
- Outlook, Word, Excel etc
- Christian values/belief
- Confident and caring
