About Edurino:

EDURINO is a new way of educational gaming loved by kids and parents alike.

We rethink how kids learn and play with our hybrid learning system that combines a digital app, real figurines and our ergonomic stylus.

Our team is dedicated to creating innovative and interactive, game-based learning experiences for preschoolers between 4-8+ years old.
We have a strong investor backing (a.o. DN Capital, Tengelmann Ventures, FJ Labs, b2venture, and Emerge Education) and are about to expand our reach to more learners around the globe


Role Purpose
We're searching for a passionate UK-based Game Designer to join our Product department
In this role, you'll come up with creative ideas for game mechanics and app features. You'll also plan engaging storylines and manage the recording of voice overs, to both entertain and educate kids.

Working closely with a team that includes artists, developers, and educational experts, you'll help create fun and educational games that kids will love.

Your mission at EDURINO:


  • Create fun and educational game mechanics and app features.
  • Prepare & manage voiceover recording sessions to enhance the gaming experience.
  • Work with educational experts to ensure our games are not just fun, but also educational.
  • Team up with artists and developers to bring your game ideas to life.
  • Keep track of your game design plans through documents and regular updates.
  • Test the games with kids, gather feedback, and make improvements.

It is a match if you:

  • bring at least 3+ years of practical experience in Game Design.
- ... have a strong understanding of game mechanics, and player psychology.
- ... have an extensive understanding of game design documentation.
- bring first experiences in storytelling and narrative design.
- have a portfolio showcasing previous game design work, especially educational or children-focused games, is a plus.
- ... are a proactive communicator, native in English, and confident interacting with an international-/intercultural team of experts.
