Inspection Workpack Coordinator - Saint Fergus, United Kingdom - Sonomatic Limited

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating the work pack generation process from tracking through to completion & upload.
- Responsible for generating inspection work packs.
- Responsible for ensuring that work pack aligns with WSE.
- Responsible for performing appropriate Lines Walks.
- Responsible for marking up ISO/GA Drawings to highlight areas for insultation removal for insulated piping systems if identified as a requirements in the WSE.
- Responsible for marking up other drawings as required (structural and piping technician drawings and P&IDs for inspection action etc.)
- Responsible for ensuring preparatory support requirements clearly identified.
- Responsible for ensuring Work pack and survey document thoroughly and accurately complete.
- Responsible for ensuring work packs are signed by the relevant personnel.
- Responsible for uploading completed work packs to SharePoint.
- Accountable for inspection internal tracker, including status of work orders and work packs.
- Responsible for raising Permits associated with work pack compilation.
- Responsible for effective communication between other contractors on site to ensure SIMOPS.
- Responsible for working with other contractors including site surveys for the likes of insulation removals / scaffolding requirements.
- Technically support the Integrity department as required (collating and understanding inspection/NDT requirements stated on P&ID's, Isometrics and Manufactures data sheets)
- Completing other administrative tasks allocated by either Sonomatic or Client which are required for the smooth running of the contract.
- Operating Company Maintenance Management Systems.
Skills:
- Knowledge of Inspection advantageous.
- Knowledge of Client Maintenance Management Systems.
- Ability to read ISO/GA Drawings.
- Strong IT Skills.
- Strong commitment to developing personal skills.
- Ability to deliver consistently highquality results in a production environment under constantly changing client requirement and tight schedule conditions.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in a similar role.
- Strong Administrative Experience.
- Strong Coordination Skills.
- Strong Experience in computerbased technology
- A sound knowledge of Inspection.
- A sound knowledge of Client/HSE requirements for NDT inspection, procedures, risk assessments, and COSHH advantageous
