With offices stretching across the North West, built on excellent values and a great reputation, this law firm is looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their Real Estate & Secured Lending team.

The role can be based at it's Altrincham office with hybridworking available after a short period of time

With a fantastic support structure in place, the firm are looking for someone who has experience within conveyancing in general who really wants to push on with their career along with learning new skills to add to their already impressive CV.

You'll be joining a team which is growing and bringing your skills to the fold, helping this firm push on and really move forward with their goals.

Duties;

  • In accordance with the forms set forth by the lenders, you will be required to report on residential conveyancing issues, including title and search reporting.
  • You must be able to manage a heavy caseload of clients, mostly LTD companies investing in residential real estate via BTL mortgages or bridging financing.
Although not required, resolving bridging financing issues is desirable.

  • You should be able to represent customers' interests in a dual or separate capacity with their preferred lenders.
It would be ideal but not necessary to have experience representing for clients when the lender is represented separately.

  • You will be able to show that you have residential real estate experience and possess a high level of technical expertise.
You

  • Ideally at least 1year PQE within real estate and/or secured lending
  • Can be either a Solicitor, CLC or CILEX, will also consider anyone working towards a qualification or qualified by experience
  • Excellent technical knowledge
  • Experience of using a case management system (The firm use Proclaim)
