Recruitment Manager
Specialised in
_charity & not-for-profit recruitment_, my client have 1x vacancy for a _
Recruitment Manager_to absorb a team of
_2x junior recruitment consultants_, and a warm desk, with the vision to grow it out across 202- £40,000 - £60,000 basic salary + 5% of Team billings per quarter

Management override (£500 a month + £5,000 a quarter)
Uncapped commission
Central London offices
Head of Fundraising Recruitment

Recruitment Manager - About the Opportunity:

Joining a small team of 7, who sit in a wider, globally recognised, recruitment firm
You would join the charity & notforprofit team
Your title would be "Head of Fundraising"
You would absorb a team of 2x junior recruiters, who you will manage & work alongside
The desk has plenty of clients you are tasked with fulfilling & further developing those accounts
You will receive full recruitment training & will utilise your sales & people management background from Day 1

Recruitment Manager -About You**- A successful track record to date in your chosen, professional career - sales exposure is preferred but not essential

People management experience is vital Experience managing & growing a team
Eager to embark on a career in recruitment
Able to commute into Central London offices
High energy, motivated & positive management style
An interest in the charity & notforprofit sector
