Green Phoenix Solutions are looking for administrators to join our fast-growing company in Cranmore Business Park. We are an install company, specialising in the install of energy saving measures across the country. You will need to have experience in office administration practices and proficient with all Microsoft packages. A keen eye for detail is a must whilst being accurate in your work - as data input will be required. Reception duties may be needed from time to time so a good confident telephone manner is essential. You will be required to perform in line with business targets / objectives.

The Role

We have two positions we are looking to fill, an administrator to assist in the initial process when taking on new work and another to complete the final stages of the completed project. The general administrator will be checking new jobs that come in to ensure they are compliant and can be installed, they will be liaising with internal and external colleagues and customers. The second administrator will be completing the final report once the entire project has been completed, this is predominantly computer based and only requires communication with internal colleagues.

Essential Skills & Experience

The successful applicant(s) must possess a minimum of 12 months previous experience in an administrative/data entry role. Previous work within the ECO sector is desirable but non-essential as full training will be provided.

Education & Qualifications

- GCSE A-C (or equivalent) in English & Mathematics.

Salary:

£24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
