people2people are recruiting for a well-established reputable law firm in the heart London. This law firm has an international standing with over 350 Intellectual Property Lawyers and over 32 offices. This position will see you join the office as a Trade Marks Administrator.

Based in office your role will involve but is not limited too the following:

Trade Mark and design record management
Coordinating with internal teams to renew /amend trade mark and design registrations
Preparation of Instructions to foreign Attorneys in regards to trade marks and registrations
Reviewing and reconciling receipts and certificates against instructions and records
Attending to or coordinating notarisation and legalisation of documents.
Reporting to clients details of trade mark renewals

About you:

Previous Trade Mark Administrator and or paralegal experience
CITMA qualification
Proficiently able to handle and deal with confidential matters
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
You will have drive and demonstrate the ability to produce a high standard of work
Document management skills, with the ability to take complex documents and present simply and concisely.
Working knowledge of WebTMS (IPPO) or another similar trade mark system.
