Role Overview

  • Working with Active Directory, processing new starter requests and leaver request tickets. Learning more on the configuration side of the software
  • You will be handling all our automated alerts through to the service desk. This includes backup requests, server alerts and diskspace queries.
  • Answering loads of calls each day, this is a big part of the day to day for this role. If you don't feel comfortable on the phone then this isn't a role for you.
  • Overseeing some of our high priority change requests. This includes password resets that need to be actioned as soon as they come through to the service desk.
  • Learning more on security software and how to keep our customers safer with their technology.
  • Providing the best customer service to our Modern Work clients.
  • Working closely with the rest of the support team to hit targets
  • Taking ownership of first responses that come into the support desk
  • Actively investigating new issues via google and other forms of investigation.
  • Learning each day is important, you need to show the drive to build a career with us.
  • Managing the full portfolio of customers within our support team. Building relationships with key stakeholders.

Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

£15,000.00 per year
