Brief


We are looking for another Operations Co-ordinator to join our small but busy company to support our current enablement team with day-to-day operations and logistics.

Your main role will be providing comprehensive support to the EA's, including assisting with sourcing venues and travel arrangements. You will also be responsible for sourcing and sorting training kit for our client events.

In addition, there is an operational support side to this role, supporting the team with programme and event logistics and on occasion travelling to events to support in-person.

This is very much a hybrid role, with mainly remote work, but the expectation to attend

meetings in person and support at in-person events as and when required.


Main responsibilities

  • Associate logistics & support including travel arrangements
  • Programme delivery support (pre, during & post)
  • Supporting our enablement team, specifically our EA's
  • Supporting complex logistics for global programmes, including sourcing venues
  • Daytoday general administrative tasks
  • Sourcing, sorting and dispatching kit
  • Supporting events in person occasionally

Essential Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year experience in an admin role or similar
  • Ability to plan and prioritise own workload to cope with peaks in demand and ensure deadlines and standards are always met, even in very busy periods
  • Innovative, engaging, enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • A solution focused mindset
  • Highly logístical, strategic and organised
  • Great communication skills, Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Ability to work independently from home
  • Motivated and proactive, a real team player, willing to get stuck in with all areas of the business

    Drive

£22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
