Responsibilities

Set and operate 3/4 axis CNC milling machines to produce components to tight tolerances and high quality standards.
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure components are manufactured to the correct dimensions and specifications.
Conduct regular quality inspections of components during the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Troubleshoot any issues with the CNC machines and perform basic maintenance and repairs as required.
Collaborate with production planning and engineering teams to ensure components are produced on time and to the required specifications.
Assist with the continuous improvement of production processes and suggest ways to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience setting and operating CNC milling machines.
Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Experience with precision engineering and manufacturing techniques.
Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
A team player with strong communication skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as required.
A police check will be required due to the work that will be done at site.

This is a permanent position working a 36.5 hour week based over Mon - Thursday.
