Key Responsibilities
- Booking staff and managing their rotas
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with our clients and identify client's staffing needs and provide solutions accordingly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and managing client expectations.
- Researching the market to identify potential business opportunities, target markets and industry trends and analyse market data and competitor information to identify gaps and areas for potential business growth
- Stay updated with industry news, market changes, and customer needs to inform business development strategies.
- Identify and generate leads through various methods, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities for potential business growth.
- Close deals and secure new business opportunities, meeting or exceeding sales targets and business objectives.
- Manage and update recruitment data and records in the recruitment database and applicant tracking system.
- Sharing the out of the hours phone.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year management experience
- At least 1 year recruitment experience
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to managemu ltiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work independently and in a teamoriented environment.
- Professional and ethical conduct in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing recruitment practices and technologies.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary:
£23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
