    Data Delivery Manager

    At Specsavers, we're looking for a Data Delivery Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in leading data-focused delivery teams.

    The successful candidate will have experience delivering data products and services in a matrix team, with a proven track record of delivering data projects in a fast-moving and demanding environment.

    We're seeking a proactive and experienced professional who can foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality data products and services.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, along with organisational and time management skills.

    Certifications such as Agile Fundamentals, CAPM, Foundation Certificate in Scrum, or PRINCE2 are desirable.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery of a range of data projects, managing changes in delivery scope or requirements, negotiating with business stakeholders, and organising delivery meetings and agile ceremonies.
    • Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and maintain delivery plans, balancing capacity and demand effectively, and proactively mapping and managing interdependencies.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with product, service, and technical owners to refine and prioritise backlogs, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
    • Reporting and Monitoring: Monitor tasks, milestones, and resources, provide regular reports and updates, and ensure solutions are fully tested.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: Experience delivering data products and services in a matrix team.
    • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, along with organisational and time management skills.
    • Certifications: Certifications such as Agile Fundamentals, CAPM, Foundation Certificate in Scrum, or PRINCE2 are desirable.
