CRM DATA MANAGER- Hubspot
Join this leading B2B company in Warrington to lead their CRM function. This is a brand new role and a rare opportunity to make a role your own from day 1.

You will manage the data on the CRM system (Hubspot) and build, develop, execute and test sales and marketingautomation/lead generation campaigns.

Experience using Hubspot is essential

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish and manage marketing automation through Hubspot
Build custom campaigns for specific audiences
Develop and deliver creative digital marketing campaigns
Map and own the customer journeys
Use dynamic content to give a personalised experience
Work with the marketing, sales and wider teams to ensure you are continually looking for new and better ways to improve campaign success and more closer target custom auidences
Oversee the data integrity with Hubspot
Manage the optimisation of Hubspot

- integration, workflow developments, templates and troubleshooting

Continuous learning through A/B testing
Provide reports and insights to the business on the effectiveness of digital marketing

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Previous experience in a CRM role using Hubspot is essential
Strong technical proficiency and able to process feedback and explain technical elements
Expertise in integrated digital marketing campaigns
Comfortable with HTML, Wordpress and Ecommerce
Strong analytics skills
Understanding of customer journey
Strong written and verbal communications

SALARY:
Up to £50,000 plus benefits
