Join this leading B2B company in Warrington to lead their CRM function. This is a brand new role and a rare opportunity to make a role your own from day 1.
You will manage the data on the CRM system (Hubspot) and build, develop, execute and test sales and marketingautomation/lead generation campaigns.
Experience using Hubspot is essentialKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish and manage marketing automation through Hubspot
- Build custom campaigns for specific audiences
- Develop and deliver creative digital marketing campaigns
- Map and own the customer journeys
- Use dynamic content to give a personalised experience
- Work with the marketing, sales and wider teams to ensure you are continually looking for new and better ways to improve campaign success and more closer target custom auidences
- Oversee the data integrity with Hubspot
- Manage the optimisation of Hubspot
- Continuous learning through A/B testing
- Provide reports and insights to the business on the effectiveness of digital marketing
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Previous experience in a CRM role using Hubspot is essential
- Strong technical proficiency and able to process feedback and explain technical elements
- Expertise in integrated digital marketing campaigns
- Comfortable with HTML, Wordpress and Ecommerce
- Strong analytics skills
- Understanding of customer journey
- Strong written and verbal communications
SALARY:
Up to £50,000 plus benefits
