Our recent success has allowed for expansion and we are now in a position to take on 2 Senior Consultants.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you must have the desire to grow the business andlead from the front.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Managing a proven desk that generated over £100,000 in perm revenue last year.
Maximising the return on clients who are working with us.
Successfully converting new business, whilst maintaining a great customer service for existing clients.
Hitting and surpassing financial targets.
Being able to always show a winning attitude.
Mentor junior consultants to help them achieve their full potential.
Multitask whilst maintaining high standards.
