Yolk Recruitment are working with a prominent company specializing in Process Equipment & Engineering Solutions in Ireland and the UK to search for an sales administrator.


They have been in business for over 100 years, and are a leading supplier of equipment and engineering solutions for various sectors including Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Semi-Conductor and Food & Beverage Industry.


This is what you'll be doing
This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a dynamic manufacturing company based in Cwmbran. You will join a small sales team to provide administrative support to the customers regarding their orders. You will also

  • Handling administrative tasks related to sales orders; such as checking purchase orders.
  • Checking orders against quotes to ensure accuracy
  • Managing orders and coordinating supply chains
  • Helping customers with technical questions (full training will be provided)
  • Keeping organised customer records.

The experience you'll bring to the team
As a friendly Sales Administrator, you'll need to have previous administration experience,

  • Experience of supporting with administrative tasks such as purchasing orders.
  • Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • The ability to make effective decisions and to work within tight deadlines.
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service to all customers.
