The Role


An outstanding career opportunity has arisen for an aspiring recruitment consultant to join BSV Recruitment Engineering Team, a fresh-thinking, fast-paced business that has been going from strength to strength.

We are looking for motivated and personable Recruitment Consultants ideally with - 3 years' experience in recruitment to join our in-house recruitment team.

Based in central Woking, the role works within a specialist team as part of a lively and busy office. This is a unique opportunity to work in a professional, fun and rewarding environment.

What is required?

The successful applicants will be required to demonstrate the following:

  • Telephone-based sales and customer service
  • Telephone and facetoface interviewing
  • Achieving weekly and monthly activity and financial targets
  • Clientbusiness relationship generation and management
  • Client site meetings and presentations
  • Commitment to high level customer services and practices

Qualifications & Experience

  • 13 years sales experience
  • Drive, ambition and the will to succeed
  • A proven background in delivering to targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills


  • IT skills

  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
