Job Overview:
We are seeking a Passenger Assistant to join our team.

As a Passenger Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers during their travel experience.


Duties:


  • Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking from vehicles
  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers throughout their journey
  • Communicate effectively with passengers to address any inquiries or concerns
  • Ensure passenger safety and adherence to transportation regulations
  • Assist passengers with luggage and belongings as needed

Experience:


  • Prior experience in customer service roles is preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse groups of individuals
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
Passenger Assistants are required to support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities on home to school transport.

  • Willingness to assist passengers with various needs and requests

Job Type:
Temporary contract

Contract length: 3 months


Pay:
£15.64 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week


Experience:


  • Delivery driver experience: 1 year (required)
