Telesales Advisor - Job description

The role involves answering calls from customers and speaking to potential customers who require products such as Scooters, Wheelchairs, Stairlifts, Powerchairs, Rise and Recline Chairs and other large value products.

The aim is to organise home appointments for our Direct Sales staff to visit the customers home to demonstrate the above products.

No cold calling as the appointments are made from customers requesting the information.

Experience in the mobility sector would be highly advantageous but training will be given.

Working week is 9-5 Monday to Friday (Week 1), 9-5 Monday to Saturday (Week 2), average working week is 44 hours.
