Description

The Finance HR team works with the support of the HR Division to provide localised HR support to the Universities' Finance Division.

The role of the team is to add value to HR processes and support people managers.


Recruitment is a key focus for the team, and we are supporting a large recruitment programme in the coming 12 months while the Finance Division prepares to undertake a substantial transformation project.

There is expected to be an additional 60 positions recruited for, in addition to the standard churn that is expected.


The Role


You will work alongside the HR Administrators and HR Coordinator, to support the daily delivery of recruitment tasks for the Finance Division.

Providing consistent service across the Division in a timely and effective manner.


You will provide efficient recruitment administrative support, monitoring the recruitment mailbox and handling enquiries, being a first point of contact for recruitment queries within the Department.

In addition, you will carry out general administration duties.


Your Skills
As part of a small team the role requires excellent teamwork, as well the ability to work independently.

  • You will have relevant administrative experience;
  • Good ICT skills include the use of Microsoft Office;
  • Good organisational skills & ability to prioritise own workload;
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills

Funding for this post is available for 1 years.

The interviews date for the role are planned for 4 July 2023.
