Debrief Administrator (Middleton)
VTA Recruitment are recruiting for a debrief administrator for an immediate start on behalf of a leading parcel delivery company based in Middleton, M24.
Working out of a busy depot, your role will be to assist transport personnel in and out of the depot.
You will also be communicating with all other members of the logístical workforce regarding compliance, queries regarding the transportation of goods and getting them ready for dispatch.

- £ £11.86 p/h
- Monday to Friday
- Weekly Pay
As a Debrief Operative your key responsibilities will include;
- Answering telephone calls, assisting customers with enquiries, and adhering to depot KPI's
- Assisting drivers with locating addresses and providing delivery instructions
- Assisting customers and providing excellent customer service
- Debrief of drivers ensuring processes are followed correctly
- Reporting and logging damaged handheld devices called Saturn's so these can be fixed without delay
- Ensuring contractor paperwork is completed
- Basic administrative duties
- To implement the Security Policy ensuring and maintaining a secure passage of goods for the customer
- Carry out such other duties as may reasonably be requested by the Management or the Shift Manager.
- Ensuring driver compliance in returning paperwork i.e., all invoices signed credits reported and failed or late deliveries managed accordingly

Salary:
£10.59-£11.86 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Middleton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
