Description

Tradewind recruitment are working in partnership with a special school located in the London brough of Croydon to recruit a teaching assistant.

The special school is a primary age group from EYFS to KS2 and is a provision for children with mild or moderateand multiple learning difficulties; many of the children also have profiles within the autistic spectrum.

Classes are organised by age, need and learning style basis.

This position is long term, full time (term time only) and due to start in February 2023.

Be a reflective and responsive teaching assistant who is committed to working with children, their families, and the community
Be able to work in partnership with professionals from education, health, and care to ensure high quality provision for these children
Be committed to supporting areas of the curriculum development and school approaches, undertaking training as appropriate
Be always confident in the support of young children's welfare, with medical intervention required

Tradewind recruitment is committed to safeguarding children and the successful applicant will need a fully enhanced, child DBS, proof of right to work and two suitable references.
