The role is responsible for reporting daily sales and stock figures to suppliers.

Daily

  • Data collection ensures accurate input, close out and send daily sales information
  • Production of daily and periodic reports
  • Maintain flights and sales volume data
  • Communicate with LBIA, WFS, Q8, Essar, Harvest and P66 relating to stock accounting
  • Meet and escort visitors to the site
  • Assist site management in the recording of all HSE incidents
  • Flight schedule management in AVR
  • Check sales to log sheets and Daily Stock Record
  • Receive customer fuel requests
  • Relay fuelling requests to operators
  • Deal with customer queries
  • Purchase ordering
Monthly

  • Reconcile monthend losses/gains
  • Complete ITP report (customer sales)
  • Send sales volumes/activity to LBIA
  • Complete HSSE Report
  • Assist manager with monthly pay and overtime on KRONOS
  • Archive all sales data, in time order
Ad Hoc

  • Updating manuals document history
  • Petty cash and banking
  • Record annual leave requests
  • Taking and typing minutes of meetings
  • Other duties as requested

  • Fully understand the company health and safety policy.
  • Attend training courses as may be arranged by the Company.
  • Engage with MORSE and follow our code principles.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Health and safety awareness and respect is essential.
  • Must have a checkable fiveyear employment history
  • High standard of numeracy and literacy skills required in addition to problem solving.
