Location:
Manchester

Salary:
Up to £33,000 - DOE + Hybrid working and Study Support

The Company:

We are working with a charted insurance broker who are looking for a Broking Manager to join their Manchester office.

This is a established insurance broker who offer a supportive working culture throughout all their offices, situated all over the UK.

The Role:

You will also be responsible for the identification of areas of the business that require improvement, working closely with internal stakeholders to provide solutions and implement a plan of change.

The Required Skills:

Proven experience within broking is essential, preferably several years within the insurance industry.

Previous management experience

Strong communication, rapport building and negotiation skills

Cert CII would be preferable, however, support would be provided
