The Trust is continuing to enhance our offer to care experienced young people and adults and with this another substantial investment has been made to increase our capacity. This is a positive next phase our journey and with this we are now wishing to recruit additional staff who share our passion and drive to listening, understanding and improving outcomes.

We are therefore now looking to recruit additional FTE PAs in what will now be a 16+ offer

Permanent Personal Advisors - Offering Support Post 16


Our Leaving Care service is one of the Nation's biggest and supports care experienced young adults in their transition from care to independence.


Our priority is to support and enable care experienced young adults to realise their aspiration and ambition and have a sense of feeling cared for, cared about and able to care for themselves.

Champion their voice as Corporate Parents I all that we do.


A commitment to a systemic, strength, relationship and solution focused practice model that contextualise the needs of care leavers through a trauma informed / adverse childhood experiences lens is essential.
