This job is located in and around Woodbridge, in Suffolk.

Your role and responsibilities, but are not limited to: -


As a team leader with Bloomsbury, your primary goal and focus is to lead, train, and develop an outstanding team of support assistants.


  • Provide care in the community
  • Ensure your teams proceed in facetoface induction training
  • Shadow new and existing support assistants
  • Accurately complete your monthly audits
  • Process monthly payroll
  • Schedule staff rotas
  • Give supervisions and appraisals
  • Act as the first point of contact for both clients and support assistants
  • Create and implement client care plans (inclusive of full risk assessments)
  • Liaise with other professional bodies where necessary, and required
