Description
Due to continued success and growth, Joseph Heler Cheese Ltd are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join the Commercial Team.
Duties will include:
- Receiving and processing orders accurately
- Managing existing customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Working cross functionally with the planning, manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure customer orders are processed in a timely manner
- Preparing and maintaining the customer mailing list, sending eshots to the customer database
- Following up sales leads from trade shows and sending out product samples
- Completing all other administration tasks such as processing export/shipping paperwork, monitoring invoice payments and maintaining the customer database
- Strong customer service experience
- A confident professional manner
- Order processing skills
- Strong EXCEL skills, a keen eye for accuracy and detail
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
