Description

Due to continued success and growth, Joseph Heler Cheese Ltd are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join the Commercial Team.


Duties will include:

  • Receiving and processing orders accurately
  • Managing existing customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Working cross functionally with the planning, manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure customer orders are processed in a timely manner
  • Preparing and maintaining the customer mailing list, sending eshots to the customer database
  • Following up sales leads from trade shows and sending out product samples
  • Completing all other administration tasks such as processing export/shipping paperwork, monitoring invoice payments and maintaining the customer database
  • Strong customer service experience
  • A confident professional manner
  • Order processing skills
  • Strong EXCEL skills, a keen eye for accuracy and detail
