Description

Regulated service provider needs an experienced Events Manager to join their communications team.

This is to oversee the end to end management of events from themes and messaging to logistics, venue hire and supplier management.

This will include both internaland external team events across the UK and required to also support wider comms activities when there are no events scheduled / planning phase.

Specifics include:

Working with stakeholders to define event plan, content, takeaway and presentations
Booking of venues, catering, etc and developing platforms for registration, ticketing, etc
Ensuring events are well attended, have a clear message and targeted to suit specific audiences
Manage agency and suppliers, budget control and evidence cost savings
Support wider comms team from creating content to incident management

Must have previous events management experience and able to demonstrate the full end to end running of large events in a commercial setting.

Office location is Warwickshire and need to be in the office one day a week.
