I am looking for motivated and flexible Pastoral Mentor Assistant just like you to be a part of our schools.

Job role:

The role involves supporting students with Social, emotional & behavioural difficulties, predominately pupils on the Autistic spectrum and with EBD but within a mainstream setting.

This is a role of working within Education and could be as classroom assistant,1:1 or 2:1 basis.

Requirements:

Experience working with special educational needs
Enthusiastic and nurturing attitude
Be able to manage challenging behaviours effectively
Enthusiasm and outstanding teacher knowledge to engage the students
Positive and proven behaviour management strategies
