Requirements:

Reporting to the Head of Programme Administration and Assessment as a member of the Registry team the role involves working collaboratively with Academic colleagues in providing effective student and programme support ensuring that we provide excellent customer service to students and academics.

This includes working closely with the Quality and Student Records, Data & Systems and Academic teams on a variety of operational and strategic planning activities, projects and events related to administrative support functions and processes.
