Basic Salary £45,000-50,000 dependant on experience with excellent benefit package 25 Days holiday p.a. increasing by one day for each year in post to a maximum of 30 days plus bank holidays, 12% non-contributory pension, Healthy Options allowanceof £1,200 per year, Bonus - typically been 5% to 10% on an annual basis.

Our client a Financial Services Trade Association is looking for a Training Manager for their offices in London with hybrid working.
The Role
Continued development of association's training programme, service delivery and expansion to new customer segments, supporting the association's objective of developing people within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the association's training service to support the objective of developing people in the industry.
Develop the training programme in line with member demand and in conjunction with policy teams.
Plan new course development in conjunction with policy teams, trainers and line manager.
Identify and implement new channels for service delivery in conjunction with line manager, e.g. on-demand training services.
Ensure continuity of training delivery by expanding the association's trainer pool.
Review training course delivery, identify and implement improvements to raise professional standards.
In-house training
Liaise with members and training providers, to determine course content requirements.
Agree trainer costs and provide quotations to members.
Develop a marketing strategy to expand the number of delegates every year from member and non-member companies.
Identify new sectors that would benefit from association existing product and service offering.
Identify non-member companies to target with training services marketing.
Develop suite of marketing material including training specifications, brochures, e-shots and web content.
Improve member experience and increase internal efficiency
Review all member touchpoints and introduce improvements that will further professionalise services and communications to members.
Use IT to create efficiencies and automate internal processes where possible.
Develop clear and concise reports to assist in the measurement, management and ongoing development of the training proposition.
Ensure accurate financial records of training activity are maintained.
Monitor the budget and take appropriate action in relation to underperforming courses when necessary.
Prepare an annual training budget.
Manages the Training Coordinator.
Person Specification
Previous experience in training management, development and/or marketing
Marketing qualifications are desirable but not essential
Previous experience of working within a trade association
Experience of working with CRM systems
MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Self-motivated, confident, and proactive
