Key Responsibilities

  • Updating company database with accurate information.
  • Raising purchase orders and checking information is correct prior to sending.
  • Checking and maintaning health and safety documents ensuring everything is upto date and booking training where necesarry.
  • Ensuring job details and parts are ready and sent prior to job.

  • Administrative experience
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Solid interpersonal skills
Hours of work are full time Monday - Friday
