Description

You will be an integral part of the Operations team, with the responsibility of managing multiple projects at various stages once handed over from our Sales Team through to successful delivery and installation.

You will be working closely with many departments within the business to ensure each aspect and resource required is on schedule.

You will manage the procurement for each project in the most effective way, using existing, and identifying new suppliers.

Your responsibilities are as follows:

Manage multiple projects from their initiation through to completion
Develop and maintain project plans and communicate these to the project team and key stakeholders
Hold and participate in internal and external technical meetings
Actively manage and update the project timeline, risks and costs
Escalate key risks/nonconformances and issues to the Project Team Manager
Coordinate multiple projects, which may be at varying stages of the development process
Ability to source and negotiate with suppliers and distributors
Maintain a commercial focus and interest in Videojet's product markets
Ensure all project documentation is maintained and accurately kept up to date
