Description
The role will bring opportunities to get involved with other IT related projects.


Responsibilities include:


  • Design, build and deploy business intelligence solutions and bespoke reporting objects.
  • Develop output documents using Crystal Reports
  • Connect to data sources, import data, and transform data for Business Intelligence
  • Use SSIS to perform data transformation and integration tasks.
  • Performing database housekeeping, such as tuning, indexing, etc.
  • Defining and implementing event triggers that will alert on potential database performance or integrity issues.
  • Management of database replication processes and conflict resolution
  • Supporting database design, creation, and testing activities.
  • Translate business needs to technical specifications.
  • Develop and update technical documentation on reporting and database processes.
  • Creation and updates to DB Mailer processes
  • Have knowledge and oversight to all associated business systems running on each SQL server

Must have:


  • Passion for data.
  • Outstanding analytical and technical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • 5+ years' experience as a SQL Report Writer or BI Analyst
  • 12 years DBA Responsibilities
  • Experience working with a high volume of data and transactions, with an ability to troubleshoot reports, spot errors and selfcheck work.
  • TSQL experience is a must.
  • Application of TDE
  • SQL Migration/Upgrade Processes
  • SSRS
